Forest Gate Community School Mushroom Bed 2022

In June 2022 Fat Fox worked with Loop Labs to build a mushroom bed at Forest Gate Community School. Welcome to the Forrest Gate Community School Mushroom bed! Loop Labs and the Forest Gate Community School were awarded a Climate Kick Start Prize by Mayor Sadiq Khan on in 2021. As part of that grant, and with the help of the London Fungus Network and Fat Fox Mushrooms, this shady, disused space was transformed into a mini mushroom farm.
