SHIPPING POLICY

We do not ship outside of the UK or to any mail forwarding services that ship outside of the UK (eg. AddressPal). 

Standard Tracked 48 Shipping

We use Royal Mail's shipping service. Standard Shipping will take 2-4 business days. Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 12pm will ship the next day and arrive in 2-4 days (excluding Sundays). Orders placed Friday after 12pm will ship Monday.

 

Next Day Tracked 24 Shipping

Next Day shipping orders placed Monday-Friday placed before 12pm will ship the same day and arrive the next day (including Saturday). Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next day, so may take longer to arrive.​ Orders placed Friday after 12pm through Sunday will ship on Monday and arrive Tuesday. 

Please note that while Royal Mail aims to deliver tracked 24hr packages within 1 working day, this is not guaranteed. In our experience, delivery times are reliable, but once your package has left us delivery times are not in our control. Especially during busy periods (eg. Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas), there can occasionally be some delays, so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Failed delivery due to incorrect address (eg. no street number or incorrect postcode)

If Royal Mail is not able to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay an a redelivery fee which will be the original shipping cost of the items plus an additional £5 to cover the fees charged to us by Royal Mail for returning the package to us.

Need it for a Specific Date?

Please leave a note in the special shipping instructions if you need it by a specific date and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

For Christmas pre-orders:

Any orders containing a Christmas pre-order item will be shipped ONLY when the Christmas pre-order is ready. Ie. all items in the order will be delivered in mid-December and will not be split into multiple shipments. 
If you'd like some items to arrive sooner, place a separate order with "send it now" items only. 

"Direct To Giftee Christmas Shipping"

This will be dispatched closer to Christmas to arrive by 22nd December. This is designed for presents being sent directly to the gift recipient.

RETURN POLICY

At Fat Fox, we want you to have the best growing experience possible.

If you're having trouble with your kit, please a look at our online instructions and the many tips & tricks on our FAQs. 

Since our grow kits contain living mycelium and have a shelf life, we cannot accept returns. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been fulfilled. Once a kit has been delivered or opened, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

If you experience any issues with a grow kit after following our instructions, please contact us. If we're unable to resolve the problem, we'll send a free replacement as per our Harvest Guarantee below.

 

Our Harvest Guarantee

If you can't find what you're looking for please send photos of your kit and your order number to fatfoxmushrooms@gmail.com and we'll help you troubleshoot and send you a replacement block if necessary. That's our Harvest Guarantee!* 

*Our Harvest Guarantee only applies to Ready to Grow Kits. We're still more than happy to help you troubleshoot, but any kits or products that require you to inoculate or are grown outdoors we cannot guarantee will fruit due to the many factors that are outside of our control. 

PAYMENT

Our customers can pay for products, workshops or courses online through PayPal or our secure checkout using any major credit or debit card. If you'd like to pay through bank transfer or in person at the farm, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!
