Starting with a flavour-led foraging walk in Leyton Marshes, you'll be taken back to Fat Fox HQ for a live mushroom cooking demonstration to learn mushroom fermentation and cooking techniques. Throughout the session, you'll enjoy various wild sodas and botanical infusions provided by Flavour Fred. You'll also create your own ferment to take home!
